Need to return something? Not a problem. All we ask for is that the product(s) be returned in the same, new condition they were originally received and that our return guidelines below are followed:
In accordance with the provisions of the Romanian Law O.G 130/2000, you have the right to inform us in writing or by e-mail that you want to return a product purchased from the eSport Shop. We can accept returned merchandise for up to 10 working days from the date you originally received it.
S.C. PGL Esports S.R.L. will offer you a refund within 30 days from the date we received the product(s), through a bank transfer to an account account you specify.
Delivery of the tickets:
The Tickets are delivered via email, so make sure you provide a valid email address. Once you receive the (PDF format) ticket you need to print it and bring it with you at the venue.
Tracking your order
How long will it take for the package to arrive?
Credit/debit card orders are sent out within 2 business days.
All orders placed before 12:00 CEST are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 CEST will be shipped the next business day.
How much is the shipping tax?
Shipping taxes are displayed on the product page. If the package is too big, the taxes are calculated and displayed in your Shopping Cart before you place an order.
Can I choose when to receive the product?
Yes, when you place an order you can specify the delivery info in the "Additional order details" before completing the order.
What happens if I’m not at home when the package arrives?
If you're not present when the courier attempts to deliver the package, you will be contacted by phone to set a new delivery time.
We currently only accept credit/debit card and bank transfer payments for international orders.
How do I pay using my credit/debit card?
Orders placed using a credit/debit card will be processed by Mobilpay.
Once you've selected all your products, hover on the Shopping cart area in the top-right corner of the screen and click on the "Checkout" button.
If you're a returning customer, your personal details will already be filled in and you will only need to select the "Online, with a credit/debit card" option to proceed.
New customers will have to enter some personal information required for payment processing.
You can safely enter your personal information via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted data. Furthermore, much like conventional retail establishments, we protect your information and do not provide it to any other organizations.
In both cases, please make sure that you provide us with the correct shipping information with a correct ZIP code and valid e-mail address and phone. This is very important, because the order details will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
If the billing address is different than the shipping address, please select „Other shipping address” option.
After selecting the "Online, with a credit/debit card" option, you will be redirected to the Mobilpay payment page, where you will have to enter the required details to authorize and complete the transaction.
For payments made with Visa or MasterCard (Visa/Visa Electron or Mastercard/Maestro) a „3-D Secure” protocol is used. The system is designed to be an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions and ensures that your credit/dedit card information is not transferred or kept on our servers or the Mobilpay servers.
If the payment was successful, you will be informed and relevant details about your order will be displayed to you. Those details will also be sent via e-mail to the address you specified.
